Question 1

How do I reserve a puppy?

Accepted Answer

To reserve a puppy, simply fill out our inquiry form or reach out directly. We'll walk you through our adoption process, answer your questions, and guide you through placing a deposit to hold your chosen puppy.

Question 2

What is your deposit amount and is it refundable?

Accepted Answer

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. This deposit goes toward the total purchase price. In the rare event a puppy has a health issue prior to going home, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Question 3

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All of our puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee. We health test our parent dogs and work closely with our veterinarian to ensure every puppy is healthy before going home.

Question 4

Can we visit and meet the puppies before committing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We welcome meet-and-greet visits by appointment. We love when families come to pick out their new puppies in person. Contact us to schedule a visit.

Question 5

What does each puppy come with?

Accepted Answer

Each puppy goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming records, registration paperwork, a 1-year genetic health guarantee, 30 days of prepaid pet insurance and a puppy starter kit that includes a small bag of food they've been eating, a toy and a blanket with familiar scents to ease the transition.

Question 6

Do you ship puppies?

Accepted Answer

We prefer in-person pickup so families can meet us and we can meet you. However, we do offer ground transport through a trusted nanny service for families who cannot travel to Tennessee. Contact us for details and pricing.
